I wrote a separate post about why I’m doing this challenge, the specific French skills I want to work on, and how this fits into my current language goals. If you’re curious, you can read it here:
Textbook: Grammaire en dialogue A1
I studied for 1 hour and 33 minutes, broken into five short sessions, and completed Chapter 19 and half of Chapter 20.
My original plan was to finish three chapters today (Chapters 19 to 21).
But after spending the entire morning gathering, preparing, and emailing documents for review to my consultant, my mental and physical energy dropped significantly. By the time I sat down to study French, I could already feel the difference in focus.
Even completing one and a half chapters felt harder than usual.
Still, slow progress is better than no progress.
Today wasn’t what I hoped for, but it counts as a successful day regardless.
